Very Professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I would add life-saving! Our dryer had blown a heating fuse. We put in a claim with our home warranty service. They did an air flow test of the venting and it failed due to what we thought was a blocked vent. They recommended Dryer Vent Wizard. We called them and their technician did an inspection. He crawled under our house and discovered the previous owner never hooked up the dryer hose to the outside vent, which is 100% a NC building code violation. In addition a water line pipe was running under the vent hole, partially obstructing the air flow, causing lint to collect and back up into the flex hose. Our house was built in 1985, so lint, hot moist air, and fumes from laundry have been blowing under our house this entire time. It is serious a pure miracle our house didn't catch on fire. Had our dryer heater fuse not blown we would have had a house fire - no doubt. It was just a matter of time. Our tech was Morgan Garciga, he resolved all these issues for us and his work is guaranteed by Dryer Vent Wizard. and now our dryer has been repaired and because it actually has airflow to the outside vent, it works so much better than it did before.
