Let me begin by stating that Douglas G. (our technician) was amazing from start to finish! We had a new dryer installed yesterday and the sensor sent an error code advising us to not use it until inspecting/cleaning out our vent. We had cleaned the vent before installation, and thought we had gotten it all…we didn’t. After speaking with customer service, they strongly recommended having a professional check. After looking at several companies in the area, we decided on Dryer Vent Wizard and I was able to find and book an appointment online for today last night! Not only did Douglas call and ask if he could arrive earlier than expected, he suspected what the problem was before he even began working (and he was right)! He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough, and up front about pricing. He explained everything as he worked, his customer service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone in need of service and ask for Douglas if possible.
